We apologize for the blogging hiatus over the last month – The College Experience is a 12 month program so we’re still busy learning, working, volunteering, and socializing all summer long; we’ve just been way too busy to blog!

The summer session is now in full swing, and for many staff and students, summer at Saint Rose is our favorite time of the academic year because there are so many fun course offerings and activities going on. Students had a wide range of electives to choose from, including: Ecology, Entrepreneurship, Creative Writing, Current Events, Hip-Hop, Football, Orienteering, Swimming/Walking Fitness Group, Sign Language, Disability Seminar and Intro to Foreign Languages! Everyone has also been hard at work in their core classes, such as Transitions to Employment and Community Involvement. It’s been a busy month for sure.

I will be working on getting around to all of our classes to snap some photos of everyone in action, but here are a few sneak peaks:

Stay tuned for much more!
