You Died HOW? an Oakwood Cemetery walking tour (Troy)

We will meet at the chapel flagpole and drive to a selected section of the cemetery. Then we will do a walking tour of that area with Rens Co Historian Kathy Sheehan who will share bizarre stories of how some of the ‘residents’ died. This is the first in a new series. Future “You Died How?” tours will visit a different section for each tour.

This tour is presented by the Friends of Oakwood Cemetery, an all volunteer organization dedicated to the preservation of this not-for-profit, non-sectarian 19th C cemetery and its National Historic Landmark Gardner Earl Chapel.
