Preparation for a career

College Experience seniors participate in a paid internship program or job experience that prepares them for competitive employment. Students choose a career field and are provided with one-on-one job coaching services until they feel confident in completing the job. VESID services or OMRDD Employment Training Program (ETP) services will be utilized in job exploration, placement and coaching. Academic classes will support this process and provide students with the skills to get and maintain a job.
